Try bleed the clutch system and grease the clutch slave cylinder ball area that meets the transmission fork.

In my experience, a clutch slipping is a sign that you need to replace the clutch parts (pressure plate, clutch disc, throwout bearing).

However, for the stiffness, it sounds to me as though you have dislodged the clutch arm of the ball pin inside the gearbox this means its not pushing your thrust bearing properly it can be put back in place by jacking the car up and pull the rubber back look inside the bell housing of the gearbox and you can see where it needs to be

750 good , slipping bad. Means transmission is wearing out. You could try some additive like no-slip to see if helps and to diagnose. Not a cure though. Could be ready for a rebuild.

Take a look underneath your car, if you see any wet spots or stains on the ground, then something is leaking. Sounds like a CV joint in one of the drive axles . Only way to fix is replace axle . Do yourself about $100 bucks . Take it in to shop about $400 .

Axles are the least of your concerns for vibrations and knocking. Its your shocks absorbers and bushings that needs to be checked. Who knows it might even be your control arms.

I had this issue - in my case, it was the driver shaft. It caused a strong knock that could be felt in front.
