Perform a cooling system / radiator pressure test when the engine is cold - as a first step to locate the leak.
Obtain a loaner tool / free radiator pressure tester from the local auto parts stores such as Autozone, O'Reilly, NAPA, Advance Auto, or PepBoys. Follow their instructions and pump it to an adequate air pressure 12 -15 psi or the pressure rating listed on the radiator or reservoir cap. Observe the leaks and perform the repair.
Note: do not over pressurize beyond the pressure allowed by the radiator cap, then test the radiator cap as well.

Possible leak points include: hoses, the radiator, heater core, water pump, thermostat housing, head gasket, freeze plugs, coolant reservoir, automatic transmission oil cooler, cylinder head(s) and engine block.

Make a careful visual inspection of the entire cooling system, and then PRESSURE TEST the cooling system and radiator cap. A pressure test will reveal internal leaks such as seepage past the head gasket as well as cracks in the head or block. A good system should hold 12 to 15 psi for 15 minutes or more with no loss in pressure. If it leaks pressure, there is an internal coolant leak (most likely a bad head gasket but possibly also a cracked cylinder or engine block).

It is important to pressure test the radiator cap, too, because a weak cap (or one with too low a pressure rating ).

Perform a cooling system / radiator pressure test when the engine is " COLD" - as a first step to locate the leak.
Observe the cooling system and components listed (above) for any leaks and perform the repair.
Note: do not over pressurize beyond the pressure allowed by the radiator cap, then test the radiator cap as well.

Loud whirling noise like in a wind tunnel seems to be from front passenger under hood by tire.
Occasionally when cutting the wheel all the way it feels tight and a few times a noise like you ran over a water bottle (this is only when making a wheel turn from a parking spot not while driving. The wind tunnel noise is consistent unless at stand still. One last ...

The cause is a worn out component most likely and will not be caused by air pressure that is low. Noises have to be heard to be diagnosed of course so my advice will not be productive as it will encompass many possibilities. Get the front end checked by a reputable shop and if they give you too long a list of stuff it needs and too high a repair cost, get it out of there and get a second opinion from a different shop.

Do you need an alignment after replacing the wheel bearings?
About 3 weeks ago the wheel bearings were replaced now my car started with a slight shaking a few days ago, both of my tires on the front have wires sticking out, the front drivers side is flat. The tires were brand new ,they were put on in the begining of January.

No, the wheel bearing replacement does not require the disassembly of any other components that would alter the alignment settings the vehicle had before the bearing replacement. Of course you cannot know for sure what took place while the car was being worked on. If the tires were wearing normal before the bearing repair and then the wear began after......

Have it diagnosed first. Put a code reader on it and see what fault codes are stored. Amazon.com $20 - code reader - autel.

First step - have the stored fault codes or check engine light scanned - for free - at any local auto parts store; Advance Auto, Auto Zone, NAPA. Then, post a reply as 'add answer' with the specific code for more assistance. There may be a fault code stored in the OBD memory which may not be displayed as a check engine light.

Possible Causes of Engine Hesitation or Stumble:

Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this)
      Dirty air filter (change filter)
Dirty / clogged fuel filter (change filter)
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
      Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

      Dirty or worn spark plugs
      Bad plug wires
      Weak ignition coil
      Wet plug wires

There are 2 filaments inside the rear bulbs. One for brake lights and the other for running lights.
What may have happened is the 2 filaments in one of the bulbs has shorted together. This
rarely happens but it does happen.

Front wiper nozzles have almost no pressure, rear one works fine. Do they share the same pump? Leak track?
My rear washer jet works perfect but the front two have almost no pressure but I can't find any fluid leaking. Do they share the same pump? If not how hard is it to replace the front pump?

First question - is the washer pump operating when the switch is activated? if not, then check the washer motor, the switch, fuse and / or related wiring. If the pump operates, then check the spray nozzles first - for blockage (clear out using a straight pin), check the washer fluid hoses for obstruction / blockage. If blocked, then use compressed air to clear the obstruction.
