9/4/2010 AutoMD Membertrying to unclogg the AC/ Heater hose disconnect the hoses from the heater at the bottom and let the stuff fall out or use a shop vacuum or any vacuum.

9/1/2010 Oxidesthe motor is riveted onto the regulator. unlike ford rivets, which are a breeze to pop off, these are a huge pain.
there is no good option.
you can take the door panel off just to check and see if maybe you are lucky and your model isn't riveted.

9/1/2010 Oxidesif the switch is sending the power and ground to the window like it is supposed to then the switch is ok.
it will reverse polarity between up and down depending on which way the motor is supposed to run (up or down).

8/22/2010 HouseCallAutoOne of the cooling fan relays is sticking. I believe that there are two, one for low speed operation and one for high speed operation. Maybe replace both, buy them from Saturn dealer.

Why is my Solenoid not resetting in my Saturn ION?Doris Coleman - 2007 Saturn Ion-2 - Body & Interior - 8/20/2010I can push the button thru the "door" under the steering wheel to get the key out. Why is it not resetting? The wheel does not lock when I "reset". My key was stuck in the ACC position on my Saturn ION. I have to reset it to get the key out.

It is possible that your heater/ac relay is defective or loose. Also check the condition of your blower switch and its wiring/connection.
