Well, if everything you is in check, the only thing i can think of is you may have blown the amplifier section in the stereo itself.

You'll have to remove the rear seat. The seat back (upright) cushion should be easily removed by hand. The rear seat bottom cushion is usually bolted in - look underneath the seat and in front - you should see the hold down bolts. Remove these and the seat cushion - to access the seat belt.

Hit a deer which caused me to hit a ditch. Wrecked the front cap and radiator but airbags didn't pop. Why?
At least 45 mph, hit at center of hood. Also would like to know what kind of problems to look for if insurance does not total car out. Motor makes a loud popping noise like fan is into it.

I'm not sure anyone will be able to answer that. Was the SRS light or air bag light illuminated prior to the crash? There are fault codes that store in the air bag module. If there was a code stored the bags will not deploy. It will require a scanner capable of reading the air bag codes. Not a DIY tool, but it may help answer your question if you were able to read a stored code in there.

Only had the car 4 days, but did not notice any unusual airbag lights. Insurance will probably total car per advice of bodyshop. Thank you for your response

      1. Locate the Passive Restraint Control Module (PRCM) under the removable console cover under the park brake lever.

      2. Tap test the PRCM.

      3. If the tracks respond, the PRCM is defective.

      4. Check for soda spilled on the module connectors.

What do I do if the tracks don't respond?

The circuit test will get deeper. I will advise you further at that point. Do the test I detailed and update me with results.
      6/20/2011 HouseCallAuto
One thing you could do is to check every pin in the connector that goes to the PRCM and tell me which has 12 volts. Check them with a 12 volt test lamp.

Switches do not overheat, if they become hot to the touch there is a grounding problem which would have most likely blown a fuse at some point.

I hit another car and there is some damage but my raditor didnt even get smashed so do you think it worth fixing and how
much do you think it will cost

I can't see the car so I can't give you an accurate estimate. If your radiator wasn't hit at all than you might just need a new front bumper and possibly headlights. The damage could be more extensive though. You might needs suspension parts and/or a new subframe. The decision of worth is up to you.. if it was a good car before and there's not a lot of damage than it may be worth it... otherwise use it as an excuse to get a new car

    Can't open fuel door

The springs that cause the fuel door to open break frequently... I would find a decent spring in a junk yard or just get one from a saturn dealer. Then to open the door I would tape the end of a screw driver (to avoid scratches) and gently pry it open while someone else holds the switch up on the inside.
      5/6/2011 Peggy
where is the switch. We bought the car used and cant seem to find the switch.

I used a wire to unplug it , only to have it back up again. I eventually cut the "duck bill" end off, leaving a stub that works fine. I am sure the design was to keep dirt and bugs out, but that was what kept plugging up all the time.
