Before we totally spend money in replacing it (circuit board), have you checked the odometer itself (behind it) the common issue with these things is a bad solder connection on the instrument cluster. Is the odometer the only thing not working because usually the tachometer will show sigs of the same thing.

Yes there is but you will need to go through ALL your papers that came with the car to find the radio anti-theft code. If you cannot find the code which initially came on a credit card size document and is usually kept with the title when the car transfers ownership, then the radio will likely need to be removed to read serial numbers which you can then maybe find at the dealer or online for a fee.

Please check the wiring of the motor, you have to remove the panel of your door for you to be able to do it. Worst case scenario here is to change the window motor

Why would you want to remove the blower switch..it is part of the AC control head. I bet that some of your blower speeds dont work. Grand Am's are notorious for the blower resistor going out causing one or more of the blower speeds to not work. Blower resistor is located under the passenger side of the dash with a 4 wire connector going to it (I think it was 4 wire). Located very close to the firewall, passenger side center.
