Pick any system that isn't working, check the fuse circuit for voltage, use a testlight. Some fuses go hot with the key on. You have to turn the key on to check those, Check for voltage at fuses with key off and on.

If the fuse is supposed to go hot with key on and no voltage at the fuse circuit, I'd have to check voltage to and from ignition switch. Some of your problems could be the ignition switch, but I hate to see you throw parts at it without testing. I haven't looked at your wiring diagrams, yet.

Click on the link, power window circuit breaker. The circuit breaker goes hot with the key on, Turn on the key, use a testlight, check for voltage at one of the legs where the circuit breaker plugs-in. If no voltage, have to check circuits at ignition switch. Would just replacing the ignition switch fix some or all of your problems, possibly, but, I can't guarantee it.

    Turn signals not working
I bought my Grand Am used in 2005 and to date I have only 43338 org. miles. The only problem I've had is when there is any moisture in the air my turn signals do not work. This is an on going problem since I've bought it.

The low beam on either doesn't work? Did you check the low beam fuse for voltage, with the low beams turned on? There is also low beam relay. The bcm grounds the control side of relay with signal from headlamp switch.

Several possibilities; one of which is the front air dam - just underneath the radiator. Have you examined / inspected the vehicle yourself? If not, this would be the first step to determine the issue.

Did you use a wiring diagram to find the proper wire color for the low beams? Did you check for voltage on the proper color wire, use a voltage tester. Test proper wire color to and from the dimmer switch/combination switch for voltage.

I looked at your wiring for low beams, the dimmer switch just controls the ground circuit. The wiring to the dimmer switch comes from the bcm. There is an hdm module that is also involved. At the moment I can't tell where the problem would be located?

I looked around a little more, did you replace the hdm module? It seems if the high beams and flash to pass work then the next suspect is the hdm module. Did you check for voltage at the low beam fuses?

I can't see anything from here, just give you my best guess. I hate to see you throw parts at it.
