How to change headlight bulbs? Does whole assembly have to come off or from behind grill? Any short cuts?Bob - 1996 Plymouth Voyager - Body & Interior - 11/25/2010-
11/25/2010 AutobahnNo choice, you have to remove it
Remove the 3 screws from the top of the headlight.
Remove the headlamp assembly and then disconnect the electrical wiring connector.
Loosen the bulb socket retaining ring then pull the old bulb straight out of the socket. Install the new bulb directly into the socket.
Tighten the retaining ring back onto the socket and reattach the electrical connector.
Slide the headlight assembly into position and switch on the headlights. If the new bulb lights up, replace the three retaining screws and close the hood.

11/22/2010 HouseCallAutoThis is going to be a bad wiper motor or a bad Body Control Module (BCM) and it will require a shop grade scan tool to actuate the wipers from the tool to confirm which one. more likely to be the BCM.
