sounds like the spring that releases the park paw broke. the park is linkage not electronic. i would have some run it in and out of park and make sure everything is moving good from the shifter to the trans before taking it to a tranny shop.

it could also be the park break sticking do you use it?

no I don't use the park brake, but the other thing is posibility! It got me puzzled because you can hear and feel it go into gear, even when you give it gas you can tell its in gear! It just acts like I have 1 foot on brake and 1 on gas! Normally I just have to shift to low gear and then to reverse, and it will go!

80 Ford Bronco makes a Whirring noise when driving?
Sounds like it's coming from under the engine, it's intermittent, doesn't go up or down in pitch, and it goes away when I stop. If it matters the Engine is a 5.8L

I have 2 very small oil drips and a small puddle of coolant possibly by tranny. Chirps when switching gears
The 2 small drips of oil r in the middle of engine almost to firewall. The coolant puddle is the same distance from the firewall but more towards pass side. Coolant also drips out while driving. Temp stays around normal but fluctuates frequently.Trans fluid is fine ...

Lets keep it simple. Yopu have two unrelated leaks. one coolant and one is tranny oil. There is no substitute for a cooling system pressure test when the car is cold to find the prigin of the coolant leak. Could be any number of things, probably not anything serious. The tranny oil drip, live with it unless you can't. The car is OBDI which is not as easy to diagnose driveability issues. OBDII began in '96, much more efficient system for diagnosis.

After it is warmed up good it bucks and stalls when I slow down or turn a corner.
Miles, 150000, It stalls but will start right back up but when I put it in gear (automatic) it bucks and dies. Some times it bucks and dies when cornering slowly also. Acts like a tranny problem.

It is a tranny problem. Try this.. Locate the electrical connector that plugs into the front of the transmission. From memory I believe that the connector is accessible, maybe behind a pipe or something but not terrible. Unplug it and see if the stalling is resolved. if it is it confirms that your torque converter clutch is not releasing (TCC solenoid) and by unplugging the connector, the logic is that if it cannot be turned on because its unplugged, it can't get stuck. The symptom you are experiencing is almost identical to what happens when you drive a manual transmission car and you come up to a stop sign and try to come to a stop without depressing the clutch pedal down.....

Most offen the problem is related to the encoder motor or related wiring / connection. It is an electric motor that engages the All wheel drive. It's located on the passenger side of the transfer case.
