Plug in a code reader and see what fault codes are stored. The check engine lamp need not be illuminated for a code to be present. Checking for codes cannot be skipped.

My IGN control fuse cuts once I on the ignition, and can't communicate with the machine when I want to program the car
But if I should remove the brain box, and on the ignition it won't cut the ignition fuse so what's the cause

Why would my car have no power when excellerating, RPMs go crazy, and acts like it is going to die?
Mileage is 220000. Just replaced a bad coil, put in a new fuel filter, new valve cover gasket, new oil filter, changed the oil, and made sure all fluids were where they were suppose to be. Only does it when I am just taking off 0-20 mph(RPMs jump way up then back to ...

First step - have the stored fault codes or check engine light scanned - for free - at any local auto parts store; Advance Auto, Auto Zone, NAPA. Then, post a reply as 'add answer' with the specific code for more assistance. There may be a fault code stored in the OBD memory which may not be displayed as a check engine light.

Possible Causes of Engine Hesitation or Stumble:

Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this)
      Dirty air filter (change filter)
Dirty / clogged fuel filter (change filter)
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
      Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

      Dirty or worn spark plugs
      Bad plug wires
      Weak ignition coil
      Wet plug wires

Replace the mass air flow sensor and you have a very high probability of solving this.

Check and set all tires pressures and then have the TPMS system reset. This requires a hand held meter that is dedicated to resetting TPMS systems. I just purchased one for my business. It cost $189. There is no other way to reset it unless your owners manual gives some info. A shop will bill you a small fee. The dealer might do it for free uinder warranty maybe.

There are two ways of reseting the light. One is to go to the dealer, so they can hook up the scan tool to turn it off. The other is after you have verified and set all tire pressures to be equal around 36 psi, just drive the car and the light should go off on it's own. It may take 2 key cycles to turn off.

Why is my car leaking transmission fluid?
I can only drive like 10-15 mph because its not shifting gears or I can't go up a hill.

The transmission leak can cause the performance and shifting issues - once the fluid level is too low in the transmission.
Without a thorough inspection of the transmission as a first step, it is difficult to recommend any repair or cost estimates. The first step is to find and then repair the fluid leak.

Wheels have no power when in gear.
Car was stuck in a snow drift. Engine was revved in drive and reverse several times to get the car loose. Finally, it seems that the wheels lost power. When in drive and reverse the engine accelerates, but the wheels don't seem to get any power to move.

Focus on the axles. I know you changed them but this symptom is almost always linked to something about the axles or engine mounts.
