How do I replace the headlamp assembly? The lenses are very clouded and yellow even after wet sanding by dealer.
    your input is appreciated!! Thanks.

Usually, the headlamp assemblies are accessible from underneath the hood - or through the front tire inner fenderwells. You can also replace just the lens portion of the headlamps - these are available separately and not through the delaerships.
Check the many on-line auto parts sources, such as; www.autopartswarehouse.com, wwwpartsgeek.com, www.autoanything.com and www.rockauto.com - to list only a few sources. For example, they (Rock Auto) list the headlamp assemblies around $88.00 for your vehicle.

Hi animci, I would check that the top is sealing properly when closed .I think those convertible tops have an adjustment on the clips and they may need tightening a little.Plus the windows don't always close tightly .I used to work in a car rental but thats some years ago.

There may be other issues; faulty top switch, faulty wiring / connections - including the top motor itself. Check these websites for the convertible top parts; www.autotoprepair.com, www.topsdown.com, www.lsi-controls.com, www.rockauto.com, www.convertibletopguys.com - to list only a few. For example, they (Convertible Top Guys) can rebuild the hydraulic motor from around $149.00 for your vehicle.

My a/c would be working fine then shot off completely. No air out on any speed. What could be the problem?
After a while, it sometimes starts to work again then does the same thing.

It seems that the problem is some where in the blower circuit: Check the fuse circuit breaker blower switch blower resistor look for bad grounds first loose wires. If it goes off and on as the vehicle is moving that could be a sign that a connection is loose and the jerking of the movement is causing it. Shake the black ground wires that are connected to the body and be sure they are tight. Of course if the motor is spinning but still no air then it is the actuators and doors thats the problem.

Is the roller blind in position? And is the trunk closed? ie; LED in switch OFF? The "roller blinds" refers to the setup in your trunk that you slide towards you then over to latch up. It protects the top canvas from cargo in the trunk area. There is a microswitch or something that tells when it is latched, and will not let you operate the top otherwise.

Also, see if the light on the rear headrest switch is blinking...the rear headrests need to be parked in the lowest position for the top-down operation to engage. This should occur automatically, but if not, it could also be your problem.

Why do my car leaks hydraulic fluid when i let the top up or down
it has 94000 miles on it jt just recently started and only happened two times only

Several possibilities; leaking top cylinder, leaking top pressure or return hydraulic hose, leaking top hydraulic motor. As a first step, refill the top fluid reservoir and clean the leaked fluid - to help identify where the leak originates from. The Mercedes model years 1990-1996 have 12 hydraulic cylinders (!) in the top system.

Check these websites and parts sources for more information and the replacement parts; www.convertibletopguys.com, www.pelicanparts.com, www.tophydraulicinc.com - to list only a few potential sources.

The hydraulic hose and lift motor is located in the rear of the seats - just in front of the trunk space. You will have to remove one or more interior panels to access the unit and examine the system for leaks.

HVAC. system not working properly, just started acting up in the last couple of miles.
The center dash vents quit blowing and only the outer vents and windshield defroster vents blow at full blast no matter what the setting. Behind the engines I found what I believe to be the HVAC vacuum tubes were there is a small blue diaphragm I'm wondering if is ...

There is no way to diagnose this without the use of a scanner that can display live data and fault codes from the HVAC electronics. Very often a MB will lose the cold air and the led on the ac turn on button will remain illuminated at all times which indicates a problem already. Sometimes just erasing HVAC codes can get the system working normal again (for a short time) and sometimes not. There are so many sensors and components that the odds of you being able to decide what you should replace and then be correct is slim to none. You will throw parts at it and will not likely be successful. There are calibrations and software changes as well. I am a big proponent of the DIY trade but this one, IMHO, skip it. Bring to MB experienced tech.
