Security alarm goes off when starting the car
When I unlock the car with the key, and then start the car, the security alarm goes off. I use a second key to unlock the door again with the car still running, and the alarm stops. Is there a security module that might be faulty?

The SRS warning light can only be reset with a full function MB scan tool. The light being illuminated means there is a fault with the Supplemental Restraint System and a reset would not likely shut the light unless the cause is diagnosed and repaired. You need the dealer for this.

    Passenger seat belt/Front seat

If there is nothing stuck in the retractor that you can pull out to fix the problem, the only other choice is to replace the retractor assembly. This retractor part will be available aftermarket - but you will have to replace the entire seat belt assembly as one unit in order to fix the retractor.
Universal front or rear seat belts are readily available;,, - to list only a few choices on-line. Most of the lap belt sets for the front cost around $25.00 per set.
For safety sake, it is not recommended that salvage (used) parts be used for restraint / seat belt systems.

I would have absolutely no issue with utilizing a used seat belt retractor ass'y for the fix over a new aftermarket unit.

This is going to need a genuine MB star tester to read codes associated with the roof. I don't say this often but this is gonna need the MB dealer as there will be a lack of information for diagnosing. I just bought an '07 SL550 and I am going to buy the Chinese knockoff MB scan tool that likely cost $7500 genuine and is available internet for about $600 just so I do not get caught having to bring my own MB Conv in to the dealer the first time it has an issue I can't handle. Information is everything in getting a MB fixed.

Could be a fault code stored that would require the dealership. However, there could be a low hydraulic fluid condition in the top system - check the fluid level in the pump and reservoir as a basic first step.
The hydraulic fluid is type ZHM - very similar to automatic transmission fluid (to save the cost).

    Blower motor/Resister
Mechanic said I need a new blower motor and resister, but for some reasons he by pass something and the fan is still working. I can understand getting a new resistor, but the motor blower is still blowing low heat. Do I really need a new blower motor?

Does the blower motor fan run - but only at one speed? If yes, then this sounds like the blower motor resistor / control module is faulty. If the blower motor is running OK - no noises at speed - then simply replace the control module unit.
It is easily replaced - located behind the glove compartment, just next to the blower motor. Just remove the glove compartment interior panel / box, unplug the two wire connections and remove the two (2) screws on the module housing that hold the blower control module in place.

The parts are readily available from these many on-line sources,,,,, - to list only a few possibilities.
In fact, they (RockAuto) list the blower motor resistor / module from around $236.00 for your vehicle. Standard Motor Products part # RUT565 or equivalent.

Thank you Jimm for the follow up and sharing this info. As a matter of fact all of the things that you have mentioned have happened. I will replace both parts just for safe measures. Again thank you for replying.

When the resistor burns up it is often because the blower motor itself is drawing too much amperage and is overheating the circuit. About 15 amps should be the max draw.

Dome control module, some systems not working, what is the fix?

If fuse #9 is good in the trunk fuse panel (and not missing of course) then you will not get through this diagnostic yourself. Need genuine MB scan tool to check communication with overhead control panel.

What does it mean when dash reads ECS attention assistance
on the speedometer it says ESC Attention assist

Most ESC (electronic stability control) systems have a warning light that flashes when the system is active; some, including most Toyota and Lexus cars, have a beeper that sounds. ESC is most likely to activate on slippery (wet, snowy or icy) roads, though driving quickly on curvy, hilly roads or hitting a bump while cornering may also trip the ESC system.

      This explanation is copied from the Mercedes owners manual;
The ESC, the ETS, or the ABS has come into operation because of detected traction loss for at least one wheel.
      Risk of accident!
The cruise control or the DISTRONIC PLUS is deactivated.
X When driving off, apply as little throttle as possible.
X While driving, ease up on the accelerator pedal.
X Adapt your speed and driving to the prevailing road and weather
X Do not switch off the ESC.
      Exceptions, see Operator’s Manual.

The only way to diagnose this is by removing the cluster to gain access to the powers and grounds at the connector and if there is battery voltage and ground where it is supposed to be then the cluster is junk. These old MB clusters were common to go out back in the day. If you are interested in finding out detail about how to do this yourself just say so and I will look up and identify wire colors etc that you have to check. Might find procedure on how to remove the cluster.
