I looked at your owners guide at fordparts. Didn't see cabin air filter? You do have an air-filter for your engine.

The cabin air filter, if you have one, is a dealer installed accessory. Doesn't come from the factory with one.

Try to remove the glove box and see check if there is a cabin filter there, if none you should check by the windshield on the passenger side.

CO means circuit open, the cluster has sensed an open circuit for your fuel sending unit... You more than likely need a new one, even though the wiring should be checked before replacement. It is in the gas tank, which i think must be lowered to replace it.

The tire is underneath the rear cargo area of the vehicle or where the third row seat is if you have them.
There is a hole in the bumper with a rubber stopper in it. Remove the stopper, insert the crobar, straight end first, into the hole until it matches up with the 'screw' inside the hole and crank. The tire will eventually fall to the ground. Either pull it out or drive your vehicle forward to expse the tire.

Here's a trivia. If you notice, the face of the tire closer to the front of the vehicle is angled down. That is so true, in order to pinpoint you do need to scan for codes how ever the problem lies in one of the following places: VSS vehicle speed sensors, seat belts, loose ground at crash sensors OR the clock spring.

No, wiper motor has a relay and fuse separate to the fuse of tail lights. Problem its either it happens that both fuse got blown or the clock spring in the steeing wheel is damaged. Testing the wires for voltage and resistance will confirm this.

Give us more info regarding this. Is the a/c didn't blow at all speed range?

P0401 = Insufficient EGR flow
Possibly a fault with the EGR valve, may also be related to plugged up ports causing restricted flow to the intake. First, try cleaning the EGR valve.

P0420 = Catalyst system efficiency below threshold (Bank 1)

Oxygen (O2) sensor not working correctly

At first i though you were dieseling but since you said you have to disconnect a couple of components, its means you have a defective ignition switch and needs to be replaced.

If you look at the steering column just under the ignition lock you will see a small hole approximate 3 millimeters in size. Place the ignition switch in the run position and using a small screw driver or punch, push into this hole. This will release the locking mechanism and allow the lock assembly to slide out.
