I get a Chirping noise coming from drivers side rear around 20 to 25 mph when i apply the brakes very lightly the noise stops. What could this problem be? I took it to the dealer and they said they could not find anything wrong with it.

Could brakes be the problem?

the wheels will spin somewhat but seeems like brakes are locked, will move, drive another mile ok after it cools for about 1/2 hour? Then locks up again.
