coolant temp sensor is located on the bootom backside of the radiator. you will have to remove the front under cover to access it

have it diagnose find out what's wrong w/it.it could be your o2 sensor,v v t actuator & sensor.have it check to make.

try checking your o2 sensor.have it diagnose and find what code is it.post it back in here.

that's what happen to my lexus.so i change my o2 sensor now is find.but have it diagnose first and post the code back in here to make sure.

There are 2 speed sensors that i know of

1. VSS - Vehicle Speed sensor which is responsible for sending your actual speed to the gauge located in your tranny
2. ABS Speed sensor - which determines your ABS activation which is located behind your brake rotors

Try to check for suspension bushings, probably one of those is broken or worn out.

Probably a partially clogged trans filter. Fluid pressure too low to torque converter.

Yes it's easy installation but you need to scan the engine first, most likely its not the O2 sensor is defective. Get the codes and post them here so we can assist you better.

On this vehicle you should have 3, 2 on exhaust manifolds , 1 before midway down line as the two manifold pipes merge into one and before this converter

There could be several causes for the concern you have stated. My first question is: Does it exhibit the concern all of the time or just during cold start-up? If it is only when cold the engine will be idling higher and thus more torque is input to the trans. The problem could lie in weak/busted engine and/or trans. mounts allowing the engine or tranny assy. to "jolt" around as you say. If it does it all the time I would still check the mounts, idle setting, throttle pressure(trans. shop), u-joints, rear-end(axle) backlash(wear). I would raise the hood and observe what is occurring as someone places the trans. in reverse. If nothing seems out of the ordinary to you I recommend a reputable shop in your area.
