7/2/2012 raoul_tiestoFirst thing to check its the rubber gasket around the sunroof glass.Most likely given the age of the vehicle the gasket will have damage to it. Due to heat the rubber gasket will dry off,shrink and crack.Check it out.

7/2/2012 HouseCallAutoPerform the window jam protection reset procedure.
There are a few different ways to reset the Toyota/Lexus power window jam function. On some, the switch can be pulled to the manual up position and held in the up position for 6 seconds. Others you need to remove the window motor and operate the switch to the up position, some in manual switch operation and some auto, for 6 revolutions.

6/16/2012 JimmThe new air springs usually are equipped with a plastic retainer to be removed only after the installation. In any case, the new air springs can be compressed using a length of wire to apply the pressure and achieve the length required.

6/9/2012 JimmThe headlight bulbs are most easily accessed from under the hood and behind the headlamp. The headlamps usually will have a removeable socket for the light bulbs - held by a plastic locking ring that must be loosened and then unplugged.

My antenna is stuck only goes partially down on my 2002 Lexus Sc 430 where to take it to get repaired?YMG - 2002 Lexus SC430 - Body & Interior - 6/2/2012It happens when turning car off suppose to go all the way down, it goes all the way up when turning car on, I can hear the motor working but antenna won't go all the way down.

6/2/2012 JimmIt may be the antenna is faulty, or the antenna motor is faulty. Research the AutoMD website inthe 'How-To-Guides' feature for the specific steps to replacing the power antenna.

5/24/2012 raoul_tiestoHow about the passenger side door lock switch,works at all times?If works at all times,the only problem u have its the driver side door lock switch.If passenger side door lock switch does the same thing as the driver side u may have bad door lock actuators...all 4 doors.Lexus Gs 300 they all have that problem with the door lock actuators.Try and diagnose it right before replacing any parts.
5/25/2012 thach35it onhly on the driver side (front driver). all other 3 doors work perfectly.
