Possibility is there's a high resistance in the wiring. A continuity test should be performed using an ohmmeter or multitester. Voltage specification should be check and inspect the battery connections if loose and the wiring connecting to the panel if it has a grounded wire.

It is wtr condensation because the drain is clogged with debris. Compressed air will clear it by finding the drain hose that is on the outside of the lower firewall area just on the other side of the ac housing and directing the air stream up into the hose. There is no other explanation.

It means there is a problem with the SRS (aka air bag) system. Sometimes when alternators fail the last thing they do before quitting is send out a surge of electricity. If that surge was small enough to make it past the fuse but large enough to do damage to one or more components of the SRS system than that light will come on. If you go to your local autozone or advanced auto parts store than they should be able to read the trouble code for you and tell you exactly what's going on and what you need to do to fix it.
