If you added anything but genuine Honda power steering fluid that is likely the cause and you should have the power steering system flushed and refilled with Honda fluid.

Rotate the tires back and feel the joy! That would mean that one of the tires that you have on the front now is causing the pull. Try it. Your alignment likely is perfect but they really should have listened to you and looked into it when you asked them about it.

From the very first day car pulls right.
Multiple alignments didn't find anything wrong. Last time dealer tune up alignment such that car was more or less OK. Recently I bought new tires and made alignment again and car again pulls right. What could be cause of this issue?

The pull could be caused by a tire. Try rotating the tires.

      $40 each (4 speed)

This is for a wheel bearing and hub assy. replacement (So this is the most you will spend)

      Labor Time: Around 3.7 Hours

If the labor rate is $50, total would be $185

      Removal & Installation

      2001-04 Models

Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions in the beginning of this section.
Remove the strut from the vehicle and install in a strut spring compressor. Compress the spring until the end of the spring comes away from the spring seat.
Remove the upper strut mount, spring seat and related components.
Remove the coil spring from the strut spring compressor.
Fig. Install the strut assembly into a compressor-2001-04 models
      To install:
      NOTE
      Use a new self-locking nut.
Compress the spring and position the strut so that the end of the spring aligns with the notch in the spring seat.
Install the upper strut mounting components and tighten the nut to 22 ft. lbs. (29 Nm) for vehicles with 4 cylinder engines or to 33 ft. lbs. (44 Nm) for vehicles with 6 cylinder engines.
Install the strut to the vehicle.
Check the wheel alignment and adjust as necessary. (Info from Autozone.com , procs & pics )
Login_the year of the car_suspension_front suspension. I hope that will give you the right idea and be safe due to the coil springs are very dangerous.
NOTE. Look at the way the bottom of the strut is held to the wheel bearing housing. The top bolt is specially shaped ( eccentric) and is use to adjust wheel camber. To maintain the proper camber when you put things back together, bang a punch mark on the face of the top bolt and another on the strut next to it.

How much to replace a bolt that snap on the passanger side lower control arm to the frame

Nobody will agree to price that job ahead of time. Billing would be by the hour. The amount of time it will take is often an unknown. Unless the part that the bolt broke off in is reasonable to simply replace. The frame is not replaceable.
