What causes my steering wheel to shake when braking?
When going down hill and braking my steering starts to shake. Does this have anything to do with needing brakes or power steering fluid?

Usually, the vibration while braking is due to warped front brake rotors. Simply replace them and the problem will be resolved. When replacing the front brake rotors, be sure to also replace the wheel seal (one at each side) and the wheel bearings at the same time.
Try the many on-line auto parts sources, such as; www.RockAuto.com or www.autopartswarehouse.com for the replacement parts.
For example, they (Rock Auto) list the front brake rotor from around $16.00 and the wheel bearing from around $44.00 each - for your vehicle. Recommend to stick with name brands and the best quality parts for the brakes; look for; Raybestos, Timken, SKF, Bendix, Wagner, and Beck Arnley.
Try the 'How-To-Guides' feature on the AutoMD website for the specific steps to replace the brake rotors - it's not a difficult task.

That was just happening with me. I just got my struts replaced and no more noise. Double check to see if your struts are leaking gas or oil. Also, your wheel bearings may be going out. Mine is a 2004 Accord V6.

Try and reset the system,i don't know the reset procedure. If that does not work u may have a bad tire pressure sensor. Before u do all that check the spare tire pressure,on some vehicles the spare tire its also monitored by a sensor, and most of the time people don't check their spares.
