Why am I getting terrible gas mileage?
There is only 9077 miles on the car. There are no lights showing. But we are getting 14 in the city when we are suppose to be getting 23 in the city.

There are a hundred factors which can cause poor gas mileage. One of the main causes is a dirty air filter. Low tire pressure, bad driving habits, transmission torque converter clutch failure, transmission slipping, stuck choke plate, etc. http://www.spobd2.com/

How to adjust the transmission range sensor linkage

Here is my take on things with adjusting that. In all my years of fixing cars I have never successfully adjusted a transmission range sensor to solve a no start. If the sensor is not allowing the engine to start, in almost all cases (100% for myself) the sensor has to be replaced.

My 4x4 Dodge 1500 Quadcab truck has a clicking noise coming from the rear. Can you tell me what it might be?
It seems to happen more when i turn the car to my right ans go away when I turn to the left. The clicking almost sounds like poping like an exhauat leak ie: da da da da da da! However it completely stops when I stop so it leeds me to beleive it's a power teain ...

Several possibilities; faulty / worn axle bearing, rear differntial fluid level is low, rear differential bearing is worn. As a first step - check the fluid level and refill as necessary. Use SAE API GL80-90 weight gear oil

Simple, replace the driveshaft u-joints or at least the bad one. You have described the sound of a bad universal joint.

First step, check and refill the fluid level if the level is low. Does the transmission have a history of preventive maintenance, such regular fluid and filter changes? if yes, when was the last service performed? If more than 36k miles, the next step might be to change the fluid and filter - often a clogged filter can cause shift problems. Do not have the transmission 'flush' service performed - this is useless, a waste of money - and will not provide you with a new transmission filter.
If this does not cure the issue, then have reputable transmission repair shop diagnose the problem - be sure they (the repair shop) does not automatically state the transmission needs a rebuild without first conducting a thorough diagnosis - often repair shops can be misleading by this tactic.

iwhile driving i heard a clank then truck would not go into 1st,or any other except reverse. it feels like something is blocking the way

Ok your details seem clear at first, but yet I stll don't know exactly what you mean. Are you saying that you are not able to place the shifter into other positions besides reverse. I assume this truck has an automatic trans, not a manual? Or you are saying that you can place the shifter into other gear positions but the truck does not move in those positions?

Why won't my wheels move. I'm not sure if it's the back or front
Car has 107000 miles. Went to back out of parking space and felt like I hit something. When I pulled back in, it felt like the back wheel wasn't moving.
