Electric locks don't work on drivers sidejcripple - 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan - Body & Interior - 2/8/2013Multiple issues: 1) electric door locks don't work on either front door or drivers sliding door. 2) front drivers side radio speakers only work occasionally. 3) wipers only work by pushing in the 'wash' button & only 1 pass at a time unless the button is held in. Blower motor resistors divert power or ground through resistors to control blower motor speed
When not replaced, blower will either not function or will not run at all speeds.

1/19/2013 JimmYes, most certainly is a safety issue - do not buy the vehicle without having the airbag and all safety features functioning. Do not buy / do not consider purchase until the safety airbag system is properly serviced - your life and the lives of passengers may be at risk.
