You don't have a belt tensioner. What chrysler calls A and B models, there is an adjustment nut for the alternator. You loosen that nut, pull more tension on the alternator, tighten the nut. That is a serpentine belt, correct? I'll check a different database see if it says the same thing.

Obtain a free loan radiator pressure tester from the local auto parts stores such as Autozone, O'Reilly or PepBoys. Follow their instructions and pump it an adequate air pressure in lbs allowances on the radiator cap. Observe the leaks and perform the repair.
Note: do not over-pressure than the pressure allowed in the radiator cap.

Are you saying the engine races but the vehicle doesn't go anywhere? If so, sounds like a tranny issue. If your saying the engine bogs down, how long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes?

Add the new refrigerant in the suction (low pressure) port on the ac suction line from the evaporator to the compressor. No tools are needed - per se - just use the ac charge kit that comes with the can of r134a refrigerant. Most of the time, the can comes with the small length of hose and the fitting required.

Its normal, It just condensation. Same thing happens to me. Usually, if your muffler has a hole, it will become noisy or will have this whistling sound.

As long as you are not noticing any driveability problems, you have nothing to worry about.

Based on your description i think everythign is normal

The drain is under the van at the radiator side tank rear of tank, which is the side pointing towards the engine. U can not reach this drain valve from up top. here are instructions on hiow to replace the coolant.
