A discharge battery is 11.75 volts.

Well, you have to inspect them every 7.5K miles, inspect because depending on how you use your car, some suspension components can last for several thousands of miles.

How long do they last? Once again depending on how you use your car, now to give you an idea on their lifespan, let's use my car as an example (A 93 Honda Civic), i treat her better than my girlfirend and my self so my bushings and ball joints last for more than 30k miles. I think it's even more because i can't remember the last time i replaced them.

There is no recommend interval for replacement. You replace them when they show signs of wear. cracking peeling looseness or fluid contamination. Your specific vehicle has common problems with the rear vertical bushing tearing out because of its design flaw. This type of bushing requires replacement more often than other vehicles. They should be inspected every oil change for wear. Every time you install new tires you should have the suspension checked and realigned.

It is recommended to be changed at the 100,000 mile mark but I would suggest that you go ahead and do it now since the weather is gonna change in the next few months.Make sure you replace the idler and tensioner pulleys,as well as the water pump.If you dont change the parts listed now alongside the timing belt, you or the shop doin the job will be pullin it back apart to replace items I listed because of failure.

Check the radiator ac cooling fan to see if the fan is on. When the car starts moving again everything is back to normal due to the ram air cools and removes the heat from the condenser.
Check the condenser for any plugged debris.

Would low coolant and oil make an engine run loudly?
My car is very, very low on coolant and oil. Would this make it run and idle very loudly? It's even louder when I accelerate.

Yes, major engine damage may occur if the engine is operated low on either oil or coolant. Stop and check the fluid levels - refill as required. Consult the vehicle owners manual for further assistance and information.

I would say that the most likely cause here is a bad illumination control module. Also known as a "headlamp switch". Unfortunately, this part costs almost $500 and also is a fuse box. Takes about an hour to replace if everything goes smooth, maybe longer if something beats you up. The part # is 5098638AA and is only available new from the dealer parts dept. Probability here is greater than 99%.

Call or contact the tire store / place of purchase. The store will be able to research the warranty or road hazard coverage details. Also, some tire stores such as; Discount Tires - will perform a flat repair such as tire patch - for free - even if you did not purchase the tires from their stores.

Any tire shop will check pressure & inspect the tires. You can also buy a tire pressure gauge and check it yourself. The recommended tire pressure is in your owner's manual and on the door jamb.

It sounds to me like you are adding coolant to the overflow tank and not the radiator. if this is the case then that is why you have this going on. (there is no "max line" visual on the radiator) and I aso believe you have a coolant leak that still remains undiscovered. Check the cooling pipe that go to the rear heater if it has a rear heater. Those pipes rust out just behind the R/Front tire. And yes, a bad stat is always possible. But my gut feeling says that is not your cause here.
      2/9/2013 rceverertt
Thanks. i did add coolant to the radiator itself as well. Checked it the next day and was still visible to the top..yet no heat from inside vents. Additionally noticed much longer for engine to warm up ,once it did the aux fan came on. ref leak. I,looked, found fresh leaked coolant around the undercarriage and inside front right engine compartment , cant see exact where its from and while running nothing shows. Monday appt w/shop.

The check engine light doesn't have to be ON to store a fault code.

Check the vehicle for fault codes to see if there are any sensors were involved to the malfunction of the engine.

1.Local auto parts stores such as Autozone ( not in California) or Advance Auto parts will scan and retrieve any diagnostic trouble codes ( dtc ) stored in the powertrain control module for free of charge..

      2. has the code reader for less than $20.00 dollars.

3.Re-post the dtc's in here " answer question " for further assistance.

Note: we need the dtc's to identify the sensor, there are a dozen different sensors to operate the car.

Visit this site and see all the different sensors.

Navigate to this site and see the code reader

Is your plastic fender well touching the tire at all? Your brake caliper might not be bolted on tight and shifting ever so slightly, or the material its made out of is noisier than your used to. Another option could be something (little rock) wedged between the pad and rotor (it happens) and your hearing that rub.
