How do I turn off the check engine light when problem is fixed?Qcatguy - 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser - Preventive Maintenance - 6/29/2010-
6/29/2010 RockShoxYou don't turn it off. The ECU will if all problems are fixed. If it still lights up, then something is still wrong.
Try disconnecting the battery for 15min to reset the ECU. If you're certain that the previous problem got fix, then it wont light up. If it still does, have it checked again.

What do I do when a orange light comes on in the instrument panel?Mahlon Yost - 2005 Chrysler Town & Country - Preventive Maintenance - 6/26/2010The vehicle book says it could be anything from a loose gas cap to something major in the exhaust system. 6/26/2010 HouseCallAutoHook up a code reader to the diagnostic connector under the dashboard on the driver side. This is the way vehicles are diagnosed. The codes will lead to the repair necessary. The cost of the tool is not that much considering that a shop will bill you a similar amount PLUS parts and labor to fix the problem. There are instructions that come with it and it is easy to do. After you read the code or codes, write them down and repost with the codes and we can tell you what parts to buy to DIY if you are up to it. http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/.../E203030.html

I recently had my a/c checked and filled. Now two days later the cold air is becoming warm again. No holes were foundtaxidriver11570 - 2004 Chrysler Sebring - Preventive Maintenance - 5/24/2010When I had the ac checked no holes were found anywhere. A stop leak was thrown in to be sure. But the cold air is going away two days later. Is there a more serious problem?-
5/24/2010 HouseCallAutoYou have a leak. Just because no holes were found means nothing. A common cause is a leak from the evaporator which is buried behind the dash.
8/26/2010 mgould17I had leaks to my AC, and work done to correct it. After having the work done the AC ran well until I drove to Sacramento, CA in 105 degree heat. The AC cooling started to lose its umpph (warm air) and needless to say I was very unhappy after spending over 800.00 on have work done. The AC system runs well when the outside tempature does not exceed 95 degrees. I am am concerned and plan on taking it back to the shop. It is possible that they missed something working at a cooler temp.

The left headlight and the the left brakelight both went out, is this a fuse problem?tamika_tds01 - 1999 Chrysler Cirrus - Preventive Maintenance - 5/6/2010-
5/6/2010 Bobbyno probably not just a coincidence. If both headlights or both tail lights went out it could be a fuse but they are on seperate circuits. Have you checked the bulbs for each yet I would start there.
