None of the guages in the cluster is working. Fuel, Tach, Speedometer, all others.
Awhile back when this happened, the van wouldn't start. We replaced the ignition switch and the problem went away. Since the replacement, this has happened a couple of times and banging on the dash brought the guages back. Now this does not work. Could this be the ...

Could be that the instrument panel cluster needs replacement. But do the following if you are able to follow it >>

The instrument cluster gauges are not working.
      Tests/Procedures:

      1. Test the bus voltage at the Diagnostic Link Connector (DLC) at pins 3 and 11. Both should be 2.5 volts at all times. If something other than that, the Body Control Module (BCM) is not sending out the voltage or one of the other modules on the vehicle is causing the bus failure. Test the voltage coming out of the BCM by clipping the bus wires at the BCM (pins 3 and 34) and checking for 2.5 volts on the BCM side of the wire. If the voltage is not present, the BCM is at fault. Verify the power and grounds first, then replace the BCM.

      2. If the voltage is present, start unplugging the other modules on the vehicle. These include: Mechanical Instrument Cluster (MIC), Airbag Control Module (ACM), A/C Control Head, Radio, Controller Anti-Lock Brake (CAB), Transmission Control Module (TCM), Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and Overhead Console (if equipped).
      Potential Causes:
Module — Any module on the bus.

How do you replace passenger side mirror on 2003 Chrysler Town and Country?

I can't say for sure on the town and country as I've never replaced one on that particular car, however it's probably the same as nearly every other car I have done. Hopefully this works for you:
1.) Remove the negative battery terminal
2.) Open the passenger door and roll down the window so you have easy access to both sides of the mirror.
3.) There is probably a trim piece on the inside of the door right where the mirror connects. Some models are held in with screws so check carefully for any hidden screws but most just pop off with no screws. Carefully remove the trim piece. If there is a speaker in the trim piece be extra careful and remove the electrical connector for the speaker when you get the trim piece off.
4.) There are generally 3 nuts holding the mirror to the door. You'll also see an electrical connector or mechanical linkage depending on whether or not you have power mirrors. Remove all of these things and the mirror should come off.
5.) Installation is the reverse of removal.

You had helped me quite a while ago (Thank You) and I now have the same problem on the drivers side. Do you know what I would have to do to get to the electrical connector for the drivers side mirror? Do I have to lift up the dahboard, go underneath it.......?

      Thanks

WATER IN DRIVERS FLOORBOARD WHEN A/C IS ON.

ON MOST VEHICLES, THERE IS A VENT HOSE WHICH LETS WATER FROM A/C CONDENSATION TO LEAK OUT. SOMETIMES THE SMALL HOSE GETS CLOGGED OR SOMEHOW GETS BLOCKED, CAUSING WATER TO LEAK IN INSTEAD OF OUT. LOCATION: BY EXTERIOR PART OF FIREWALL.. YOU CAN USE A METAL HANGER TO REACH INSIDE THE HOSE TO UNCLOG.

The driver-side window is stuck. It will not move either up or down.
It is a 4-button switch. I hear a clicking sound when I use the driver side button. all other buttons work fine. How can I determine which part I need without spending $300 .00 at a Chrysler dealer?

Check the operation the of the switch with a test light. You will probably have to remove the door panel and check voltage to the motor.

Seat is jammed, unable to clean out runner. How do I remove the seat?
Not an electrical problem. The metal slide on which the seat rests has an obstruction which cannot be reached, Removing the seat to clear these runners seems the only solution.

I just know that all seats have fasteners that attach them to the floor. Look for the bolts or nuts and remove them. Some vehicles you have to be able to move the seat to "see" the bolts.
