I have a service manual for it. I can't get the seat belt mechanism out of the enclosure on the rs.
The book says (after all the trim panels are off) to just unbolt it and it should just drop down and come out the speaker hole. It won't because there is a heavy bracket below it and I can't get it out of the way. I tried for hours, but the bracket won't unbolt or ...

I believe that you have a bad integrated power module or IPM which is the main fuse panel under the hood. These are known for causing all sorts of varied issues like what you are detailing. It's just that the problems caused always vary but it is always wierd electrical issues. It is not serviced with individual parts (other than fuses) and It may be necessary to have it programmed after replacement. So, this is not a DIY repair. get it to Chrysler service dept.

Left rear light comes on with headlights but doesn't flash with turn signal or get brighter with brake.
Hi, my left rear light comes on when I turn on the headlights but when I press the brakes it doesn't get brighter or flash when I turn the turn signal on. All the other lights work fine. Just changed the bulbs too.

You have to use a 12 volt test light to check for the blinking battery voltage by grounding the test light lead and touching the inside pins of the bulb socket to see if battery voltage is there or not and if it is not then you may have a bad BCM (body control module) but this type repair is dealer level.

My blower motor not working. Is there a fuse in the main fuse box to check for? Looked in manual and can't find one.
Tried to put in a resistor in behind the glove compartment. Still no air and it started smoking. Took out the resistor and it was partly melted. Just a bad after market one from my local parts store? Should I use a factory part? Also how do you test the blower ...

Go to dealer parts dept. Buy a Blower Motor Control Module and replace it. You can check the blower motor first by jumping 12 volts and ground to the two terminals on the motor directly from battery. if it runs its good except if it is drawing too much amperage while it runs.

Replace the mode door actuator. Get a repair manual to locate it, you need the steps and the pics with the steps.

Check the Intelligent Power Module. According to the wiring diagrams, it controlled all the devices described above.

      1. Verify the ignition switch position is indicated correctly in the Body Control Module (BCM) and the Front Control Module (FCM). The ignition switch has a built in position sensor that reports the position of the ignition switch to the BCM. The BCM then broadcasts the position to all the modules that need the information on the BUS circuit.

      2. Check circuit T751 and T752 at the Intelligent Power Module (IPM) for voltage with the engine running. These circuits should have battery voltage only during cranking and should go to 0 volts with the vehicle running. If there is any voltage on these circuits, the FCM will de-energize the accessory relay, which causes the named circuits to shut down, even with the vehicle running. Voltage typically comes from the wire harness due to battery acid from the battery. Voltage gets tracked into these circuits and causes the FCM to shut down the accessory relay. Another cause could be any add-on system such as a remote starter system wired into these circuits.

      3. I realize that this diagnostic requires a professional scanner and that this likely means that this is NOT a DIY diagnostic. There is a strong probability that the ignition switch is bad (NOT a sure thing). There could also be damaged wiring under the Intelligent Power Module.

Rear hatch door will not close electrically or manually. No previous problems or damage.
A small click can heard at the hatch door motor area when you use either the remote or the consul button to try to operate the rear hatch door.

I am missing the meaning of some of your sentences. Some facts though. If the rear fan is not blowing, the cause can be the resistor can be the cause, especially if you direct wired the fan back there and it works. I don't understand what you mean by "back fan is glassblowing not cooling" What is that? Also, what do you mean "affect the compressor from picking up" ?

The only quick answer to this have the car towed to a repair facility. The alternative is get it pushed to someones garage where the temperature allows working on getting the hood open or leave the car where it is and borrow a large kerosene fired space heater (like 200,000 btu) and point it toward the front of the car while you work the hood latch.
