Several possibilities; worn front hub bearing assembly, worn / faulty CV axle shaft bearing. Check the many on-line auto parts sources, such as; www.autopartswarehouse, or www.rockauto.com for the replacement parts. For example, they (RockAuto) list the CV halfshaft assembly from around $39.00 each, and the hub assembly from around $64.00 each - for your vehicle.

Sometimes the tire gets worn choppy and the tire wear pattern sounds very similar to a bad hub bearing. If it is the tire it will be evident when you pass your hand over the tire tread in the direction that the tire rolls (move hand around the circumference of the tire) if you feel high and low spots spaced evenly then that is your noise. Rule it pout by rotating the tires front to back and see if the noise goes to the rear.

I feel a vibration in my feet on both the brake and the accelerator and my car sounds like a single prop airplane
when I turn on my car I do not hear it, it is only when I get above 20 mph that I start to hear it, when I accelerate to about 40 it gets really loud, coming from the front of the car and I can feel the vibration in the accelerator and the brake pedal.

I feel a vibration in my feet on both the brake and the accelerator and my car sounds like a single prop airplane
My car is over 100K miles, when I accelerate to over 30 MPH I start to hear a noise coming from the front end that sounds like a single prop airplane, and I feel a vibration when I have my foot on the accelerator and the brake. It is worst between 40-60 mph.

You have a bad front hub bearing. probability here is 100%. You have to determine whether the left side or right side. Probably left side because that is no far from the vibrations you feel.

How to install front torsion bar keys on a 1999 Chevy K2500 suburban?
I just bought a set of 2 torsion bar keys for the front end of my 99 K2500 suburban 7.4L (picture attached). I want to level out the truck because the factory rear end is a good 3-4 inches higher than the front and I plan to add a Westin grille guard in the near ...

It is a job that takes about an hour, I do not have the install procedure but it involves loosening the "adjusters" which is what these keys are. They are adjusters that have been altered in their dimensions and allow for add'l height but be careful that you do not go beyond the stock height much or else you will end up with a tire wearing problem due to the inability to get camber (one of the three adjustable alignment settings) to be within specs. Go too high and camber goes negative and the factory adjustment for camber only goes just so far. The job involves remving the torsion bars partially and then swapping in these modified adjusters.

Told my shock or strut mount is bad.
I took it in because I heard a "dong" noise (or a noise like strumming a bass guitar string when turning, usually only when cranking (such as for parking, etc.) not just normal turning...usually. Is this really it?

Possibly - the best method to diagnose is to inspect for yourself. Use the 'How-To-Guides' feature on the AutoMD website for the specific steps to check for loose / damaged or worn suspension components.
