A noise that goes away when turning 1 direction is usually a wheel hub that wore out. when turning right the load is transferred to the left wheel so this quiets the vibration temporarily. More than like you need a wheel hub.

Does the steering wheel shake? If so, I'd check tie rod ends.

Do I need to replace my inner Tie Rods?
I may have the terms wrong, so please bear with me. If grease "oozes" from my inner tie rod fittings when squeezing the boot or lubing the fitting, but there is no play, should they be replaced? If so, what is the danger (if any) of delaying this repair? Same ...

Grease oozing out of the boot is normal. You should only replace the parts if they are worn out. The parts are designed to allow for excess grease to push its way out of the joint and ooze out around the boot. That also helps clean out the dirt and water which would cause premature wear. If the grease boot is ripped or missing it can be replaced without replacing the entire part. You can also change out the grease fitting if it leaks or is rusted up and wont take grease.

Agree with bear1216. Not necessary to replace unless there is play or signs of wear.

      1. An out-of-balance tire and wheel will typically create a vibration or shake that becomes progressively worse as the vehicle speed increases. The speed at which the vibration first becomes apparent will vary depending on the size and weight of the tires and wheels, the size and weight of the vehicle.
Move the front wheels to the rear and see if that vibrations travel to the rear.

      2. Brake jerking could be caused by the warped disc rotors.

Like a squealing sound? Usually one of the belts. It could also be belt tensioner, bad idler pulley, failing power steering pump, or failing alternator.

Unfortunately the wires break at the terminals in the connector. Usually installing new terminals or buy a connector with leads is the only repair for this concern.

SOUNDS LIKE IT MAY IN FACT NOT BE YOUR SPRING / STRUTS AT ALL. IF ITS POPPING WHILE TURNING SLOW IF SOUNDS LIKE YOU NEED NEW CV AXLES. THE JOINT S IN THE CV AXLES ON FRONT DRIVETRAIN GETS WORN AND STARTS MAKING THIS SOUND WHEN IT GETS WORN. HAVE THESE CHECKED.

Could be a really loose tie rod or CV joint going bad in you axle. These vehicles also have lower ball joints that go bad in lower control arms and sometimes intermediate shaft will pop and clunk on turns or over bumps.

I hear a "shaking" noise. Sounds like it's in the dashboard.
It just started today. I have 76,000 miles. Happens both warm and cold, worse when I hit a rough patch of road. Only when I am driving. Happens once in a while. No lights on
