As soon as you turn the vehicle on, a buzzing noise comes from behind the blower fan and the firewall.
Is this the heater blend door actuator making the noise? if you unhook the electrical connection on this part, the noise stops and so does the blower fan. Is this part difficult to replace?.

Unplugging the connector from the blend door actuator should not stop the blower from functioning so I believe it is not the BDA

If you are saying that the reason that the battery is going dead is because after shutting off engine and getting out of car, that the headlights do not shut off at all then your cause might be a bad headlight relay located in the interior fuse panel corner. It is labeled. Try swapping out the relay.

Empty the glove box completely then open it all the way so that you can see the inside of the dash. The blend door actuator is up and to the left in between the ac/heater case and the top of the dash. Whatever you do, do NOT plug in the new one until after it's been installed or you run a great risk of ruining it!

Could be an electrical issue, but maybe not. Check the dimmer near the light swich and see if you moved it to low by mistake when leaving car and rubbing on it. Been there done that.

Why would the parking light fuse keep blowing leaving me without rear lights or panel lights?
I have head lights and brake lights, but no rear lights. I have rewired the ground wire in the rear which fixed this problem in the past. This time I replaced the head light switch and cruise control switch thinking they might be the problem. Today I moved the ...

The wiring diagram shows that the battery voltage that flows from the headlight switch to the parking lamp fuse also powers the cigarette lighter which has been responsible for causing more blown fuses than any other circuit. That being said, try unplugging the orange wire that powers the cigarette lighter from behind the cigarette lighter and see if the fuse stays good.

Well...I tried it and I'm still blowing that fuse. I've had this happen twice in the past and each time it was the ground wire to the rear lights that was bad. After I repaired it back in May/June it's been fine until this past month. The wiring still looks good. Any other thoughts? Unfortunately, wiring is not my forte'. Thanks for any help you can give.

I will try to give you an alternate procedure to narrow down the cause later tonight. I have to print a wiring diagram and tape the 4 sheets together like a puzzle.

Locate the orange wire that comes off one leg of the fuse that is popping. Cut it in an area that allows you to reconnect the two cut ends again later if need be, but cut the wire before it goes anyplace that you can't see and definitely before any connection to any other wire. Now locate the orange wire that comes off your headlight switch and cut that wire several inches from the headlight switch. Now join together the wire coming off the headlight switch which you cut and the wire coming off the fuse using anything; a long jumper / alligator lead or a wire. Now make the temporary connection and see if the fuse is OK now when you turn the parking lights on. Update me.

The location of the ground will not cause the fuse to pop.

Well I think we figured it out. The circuit board on the rear light was bad. I switch them out with another set that I had and it seems to have done the trick. Wow, electrical stuff is a pain. Thanks again for your help and feel free to add that fix to your list of possibilities. :)
