Book labor for this job is 12.5 hours, but I doubt anyone will pay any mind to that. Major job that distracts you from getting other work done. Cannot be done properly in 12.5 hours so labor gets upped to about 18 hours at around $100 / hour plus the list price on the parts. Most shops will not do a job like this cheap. But ya never know. Requires high skill level. Often you get what you pay for.

Check the many on-line auto parts sources, such as; www.autopartswarehouse.com, wwwpartsgeek.com, www.autoanything.com and www.rockauto.com - to list only a few sources. For example, they (Rock Auto) list the fuel pressure sensor from around $19.40 for your vehicle (Standard Motor Products part #AS302) or equivalent.
The fuel pressure sensor is easily replaced, refer to the 'How-To-Guides' feature on the AutoMD website, or the repair help website at www.autozone.com - as just two examples.

Besides the sources advised by other fellow members, you can also consider visiting http://www.autopartsfair.com/ , as they have million of auto stuffs in their inventory. I too recently bought some engine parts for my Silverado from them and found them quite reasonably priced. If you know basics of DIY's then you can do this by visiting tutorials posted at online tutorials.

Check the air intake boot that is located between the intake manifold and the throttle body for a vacuum leak at the bottom. This is the narrow boot not the big one one. Spray some water there or some carb cleaner and if the idle speed changes or becomes more erratic then you know you have a leak there. As the engine warms up the rubber boot becomes bigger from warmth expansion and the leak is sealed up.
