I dont think you don't need to bleed the abs. Just bleed the brakes correctly and you'll be fine. How did you bleed your brakes? did you start from the one nearest the reservoir to the farthest?

I had a old rusty line and it blew out I couldnt see the leak so I thaught it was the Master Cylinder so I replaced that same thing! so I looked further and found the bad line n replaced that too. Then I Bled/Primed the Master no air! then started from furthest wheel to the nearest and blead them all got out a ton of air all around, had a High solid brake pedal with car off (Not running) then started the car and the pedal is really low when running now, not spungy just low,

Then I read that on the 94 delille should be bled from the closest wheel to the furthest wheel so I tried dooing it in that order and it was still the same, so I went back to the origional master cylinder and tried it all over with that one and same results?? (I thaught the new Master could have been bad so I tried the old one) and still the same thing?? Ive done a million brake jobs but they all came out perfect , But this one has me stumped, But it has a Early ABS system and that seems to be?

In your vehicle the ABS system is bled the same as the regular brake system. What do you mean by still only half pedal?

The only thing else is a jammed proportioning valve. bleeding the valve is usually the only way to fix it,
      if not replace the valve.

Not too difficult to change the front and rear disc brakes. Try the 'How-To-Guides' feature on this website for the specific details and steps involved. Try the many on-line auto parts sources, such as; www.RockAuto.com or www.autopartswarehouse.com for the replacement parts.

Then that would mean that you could reach up and manually depress the switch and confirm that the battery voltage is no longer flowing through this switch that you suspect is your cause. I have never had to replace one ever in all my 36 years doing this so I am skeptical and believe that your cause is something else, like maybe the float in the master cylinder sticking.

try unplugging the connector that goes to the plastic reservoir for the float, shut the car off and see iof the light is out.

Brake pads, wear indicator, and brake rotors can cause the sound. Inspect the pad thickness. You may need to replace the pads & machine or replace the rotors.

Are there screws holding the rotor to the spindle? if so the the screws off and if not then they are just stuck on with rust so hit the rotor from the back side with a rubber mallet, some times they are stuck on very bad and you end up wrecking the rotor or spindle.

Check the brake light relay, then check the wiring and connections common to the brake lights for the fault.

Have to hook up professional shop grade scan tool to read the suspension fault codes. Cannot diagnose this any other way. This job only for an experienced GM tech with the proper scan tool software and hardware.

Why do I hear a hissing sound?
There is a hissing sound when I apply the brakes.

If you are hearing the sound inside the passenger compartment while you are braking, the problem could be in the power brake booster. It is a vacuum canister that can leak when bad. You hear the leak as a "hiss". The brake booster is located behind the brake master cylinder.
