5/14/2013 frankiedon53When a transmission shifts hard I think it usually means that the bands need adjusting.A dealership or good trans. shop is the best place to be sure. -
5/14/2013 HouseCallAutoTry changing the transmission oil at a place that uses a machine that does a complete change of oil, like 10 to `12 quarts. Dropping the pan only gets about half. Use the best synthetic tranny oil available.

5/4/2013 JimmAssuming you are referring to the torque converter control (TCC) solenoid - it is located on the inside of the transmission housing - by the driver side wheel. You can access the TCC by first removing the front wheel - and then removing the transmission side cover. The TCC is located just inside this cover.

4/27/2013 JimmNot good indications. If the transmission fluid level is full, then the alternative may be a transmission servicing; fluid and filter change. How many miles on the current transmission? How many miles since the last fluid and filter change?

4/24/2013 bobbyg2291You have a torque converter clutch hanging up.. on the front of the the car you should find a 4 wire plug on the transmission. unplug it to test.. drive and see if it still hangs up
