How hard did you run over this bump or pot hole? Because it may be that you have a bad strut. Try getting you wheels balanced and see if it will do the trick. It can also be because of a bad tire.

If the suspension height has been altered the tires will wear out from alignment change. If the height is stock and unchanged then the rear suspension and or alignment needs to be checked.

First, since you replaced the tire and the wobble is still there, then the tire is obviously not the source of the problem, so, of course, the tire could not have caused the problem.

It's hard to diagnose these things without looking at the parts involved, but either the rim is bent - very likely and not too expensive - OR the axle is bent - not so likely, but very expensive to fix.

It should take about 1.5 hours to do, so it's not that difficult. After replacing the hose, make sure you use only Honda power steering fluid, and bleed the system (lift the vehicle and turn the steering wheel lock-t-lock).

I suggest you should get your vehicle a wheel alignment and tire balance.
