It sounds to me also like a bad fuel pump. Spray some carb spray in the throttle body when cranking the engine. If it starts up & runs for a few seconds or longer than before...you may have found your answer. Visually seeing the fuel coming out and what the pressure IS are 2 different things.

Nope, the answer is that you have a security / anti-theft lockout. This likely happened due to a bad Passlock sensor which is a fancy name for your ignition lock cylinder. When you price this cylinder (in ACDELCO only is my advice) you may want to get the off brand part. Don't do that. To confirm what I have said here, #1, I'm going to assume that while trying to start the engine that you have a SECURITY lamp illuminated or flashing on the instrument panel, yes? If not then I may be wrong with my internet armchair diagnostics, but, if this lamp is on, follow the procedure detailed here >>

    1. Perform the Passlock Learn Procedure. Turn the key off for at least 10 seconds, turn the key to run, then to crank but do not start, and return the key to the run position. Leave the key in the run position for at least 10 minutes.

    2. Repeat 2 more times.

    3. After the 3rd time, the security light should come on and then go off, and the engine should start and run.
