1989 Dodge W150 Base 8Cyl5.9L - Engine

Runs okay seems really rich backfires then surges till I stomp on it. Any ideas?

When I start the truck it idles alright but after it gets warmed up the idle gets rough and when I put It in gear it backfires then surges but once I floor the throttle it pops and runs perfectly up through the gears

  There aren't any codes running through it I already checked that.

  i am having the same issue with my 89 b250 van with the 5.9 have you figured anything out?

  It was the oxygen sensor. Changed it fired it up and it runs beautiful.
