Rubbing sound or feeling in Right front of vehicle below 20mph?
Had a repair shop check it out and they could only come up with the tires wearing unevenly. I think it's a wheel bearing.

    If the tires are wearing unevenly, then its more of a toe, camber or alignment issue.
