replacing floor mat hooks or clips

Can the little hooks or clips that hold the floor mat in place be replaced- and is this something I can do or will I have to take it to the shop?

  Check with the dealership - there was a giant recall for Toyota and floor mats - to avoid the accelerator pedal 'sticking' issue. Should be a t little or no cost to you.
  If not, then the floor mats are easily replaced as a 'do-it-yourself' item.
