1990 Mazda B2200 Base 4Cyl2.2L - Brakes

Replaced front brake pads and brake disc and now pads seem to be dragging and causing smoke , need advise on what to do

  Is both sides dragging or one? If only one is dragging then it sounds like a brake caliper stuck, If both sides are dragging then it could be the master cylinder or both calipers. Both calipers at the same time is unlikely but does happen.
