1998 Mercedes Benz E430 Base 8Cyl4.3L - Brakes

I replaced the brake pads on all wheels for my 98 MB E430. Drove 1 mile & brakes began to squeal.

Squeal did not occur before changing. Applied paste to back of pads. Squeal increases as brake temp increase. Does not occur with hard braking.

  What brand did you buy, anyway, i believe it will squeal for the next few miles then disappear.

  Often the rotors need to be replaced or the pads will squeal. The noise MIGHT stop.
