Try the many on-line auto parts sources, such as; www.RockAuto.com or www.autopartswarehouse.com. For example, RockAuto lists replacement rotors for your truck at around $38.00 to around $70.00 each. The wheel lugs are around $1.10 each to around $3.25 each.

Every single rotor on every auto parts site shows the rotor for your '93 K2500 Suburban as a rotor without wheel studs or a hub. I believe that you are incorrectly believing that this rotor should come out of the box as a hub and rotor ass'y with 8 wheel studs. The K2500 was never produced with an 8 lug wheel. Only the K3500 pickup had an 8 lug wheel = 8 lug rotor. The rotors have to be pulled off the spindle with a special puller that you do not have. Chevy never made a K3500 suburban but they did make a K3500 pickup. Someone must have installed the front axle from the K3500 pickup into your K2500 Suburban to have a badass HD 4WD truck. Those rotors accommodate 8 lugs, but still, these rotors have to be attached to the existing hubs which is what holds the wheel studs. You will not be able to buy fully assembled hub and rotor assemblies for this truck of yours.
