2003 BMW 745Li Base 8Cyl4.4L - Steering & Suspension
What does the red steering warning mean on a 745li? The display screen shows a body of a vehicle tipping to one side.
There's a red arrow pointing east and west above the car symbol on display board as well

    I had the same problem (04 745Li). In my case it turned out to be the altenator.
