The rear axle hub bearing and assembly just slips over the axle spline - once the flange is unbolted. Fairly easy repair to change these out. Check the many on-line auto parts sources, such as; www.autopartswarehouse.com or www.rockauto.com for the replacement parts.
For example, they (RockAuto) list the rear hub bearing assembly from around $57.00 each for your vehicle. Remember they are replaced in pairs due to age / wear / mileage considerations.
