2002 Lincoln Continental Base 8Cyl4.6L - Brakes

Rear brakes hanging up causing judder and damaging rotors. Any ideas?

Infrequent at first then it would clear up now locked

  Several possibilities; faulty / clogged flexible brake hoses at the rear calipers, dirty / contaminated brake fluid, damaged rear brake caliper piston, faulty mechanical parking brake at the rear caliper.
