is there a way to put air in the rear air bags for the suspention manually and turn off the system.

no the engine light is not on, no other lights are on, the problem occured yesterday morning around 11. my suspention system in my 2001 lincoln navigator is messing up. the compressor isnt kicking on. i am wondering if there is any way i can manually get air in the air bags in the rear and through the system untill i get it to the shop

  No but you can opt out and get normal (non air) shocks. Cost a lot cheaper but doesnt feel as soft.
