1989 Nissan Pulsar NX XE 4Cyl1.6L - Steering & Suspension

Can you pull old struts off and put more oil then put them back? Nissan wants $200.00 a piece for them.

Lower ball joint are out. Stabilizer bar needs bushings. I was told by Nissan I can't change ball joints have to buy whole control arm.
