what could be the problem

car hesitates when going up a small hill around 40 mph even just driving 40mph ive had it put on computer but no codes poped up so i changed the gas and air filter

  Did you already clean/check the condition of your MAF sensor connector and fresh air intake hose?

  Also check the condition of your spark plug and plug wires, distributor and cap.
