2001 Toyota Corolla LE 4Cyl1.8L - Body & Interior

my power windows are not operating properly

The driver and the back passenger window does not roll down and if they do roll down it takes forever to get them back up. What could be the problem?

  It would appear the window regulaters are getting worn out or the windows are binding . Has the vehicle been in an accident ?
