I installed a new motor and regulator from APW several months ago. After working normally for about 1 month, it stopped functioning. However, during a recent cold snap here in Florida, where to temperature was about 55 - 65 degrees, it worked fine. But, as soon as the outside temperature increased to 70 plus, it stopped working again. Happened again this week, with the temperature at 60 degrees.
