  If your power sliding doors no longer work, the likely cause is the power door motors. The motors can fail due to age, normal wear and tear, or if your sliding door is binding. Before replacing a sliding window motor you should check the door track. Make sure it is lubricated and all the tracks and rollers are in good condition to prevent premature wear of your new sliding door motor.
