not getting power through the black ground and gray power wires to the fuel pump?

new pump gets no power?

  Any applicable trouble codes? When you first turn on the key, can you hear the fuel pump prime? Check for voltage at the fuel pump relay. The voltage for the load side of relay is hot all the time, use a voltage tester. ecm B fuse 20 amp, check that.
