What are causes to no power to all 4 injectors on a 99 grand am se

Noid light fail. No check engine light. Has spark. Has 42psi of fuel pressure

  The powertrain control module sends a ground signal to fire the fuel injectors.
  Local auto parts stores such as a Autozone or O'Reilly might have the fixture to test the PCM or you could loan it for a try.
