Where is the Passive Restriant Control Module (PRCM) located.

My passenger side seat belt moves slow and want lock.

  1. Locate the Passive Restraint Control Module (PRCM) under the removable console cover under the park brake lever.
  
  2. Tap test the PRCM.
  
  3. If the tracks respond, the PRCM is defective.
  
  4. Check for soda spilled on the module connectors.
